Listing Agent Fee:  $10,000

The only fee paid by the seller to their listing agent when there is no participation of a buyer agent.

Buyer Agent Fee:  $10,000

​An additional fee paid by the seller to a cooperating buyer agent who represents a buyer with the purchase of a home. ​ In some cases, a buyer agent will offer to share a portion of the commission with their buyer client.
